Skin Test Policy
A skin test is required 48 hours before any full colour treatment.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Clients will be charged 100% of service booked, if cancelled less than 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time. However, if they provide more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge and they can easily reschedule.
Clients will be charged 100% of service booked, if they don’t show for an appointment.
We have the right to cancel/reschedule the booking if 15 mins or later for scheduled appointment.

Feeling Unwell?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We understand illness happens, but short-notice cancellations still fall under the 24-hour policy.


Loss and Damage Policy
Lipstick, lashes and locks will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged property, its up to you to come prepared incase of an accident occurs with colour or you loose a piece of jewellery in your appointment time.
Bookings & Payments
Appointments are reserved just for you.
Please provide a contact number when booking.

Payment is due at the end of your service.
